About Leukaemia Project

Changing
the Story of Leukaemia

Founded in 2008, the Leukaemia Project Foundation works to improve the care and survival of patients with blood cancers and related diseases in Ghana and West Africa.

Born from the passion of a survivor and dedicated doctors, and strengthened through partnership with the Keith Agyepong Leukaemia Trust, the foundation is committed to bringing hope, better treatment, and lasting change.

Leukaemia is a type of blood cancer that starts in the bone marrow, where blood cells are made. It causes the body to produce too many abnormal white blood cells, which makes it harder to fight infections, control bleeding, and stay healthy.
